Mixing Protein Sources

I always feel more satisfied if I have a couple of different protein sources. As in, instead of 100gm chicken, having 50gm chicken and 50gm fish.

I wonder if they’re complimentary in some way?

There are some good recipes too, like half-pork and half-beef for bolognese. And I think Swedish meatballs might usually be prepared with a few meats.

Anyway, it’s something I really feel energised by!
